She channelled her inner Jessica Rabbit in a sparking red dress at the American Music Awards on Sunday. And tonight Kelly Clarkson proudly displayed her womanly curves once again as she took to the stage performing on the X Factor results show. The American Idol winner took to the stage in a figure hugging gold bandage dress to belt out her latest hit What Doesn’t Kill You (Stronger), the title track of her new album.

Kelly, 29, who can no doubt relate to the hopefuls on the show, strutted around the stage proudly showing off her fuller figure and her amazing talent. It was certainly a reunion of sorts for Kelly, Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul who were all part of Idol Kelly became the first winner of the show in 2002. The Texas-born singer had graced the stage at the AMA’s over the weekend at the star studded awards ceremony.
Kelly oozed Hollywood glamour as she performed a jazzy Mr Know It All dressed in a mermaid floor-length scarlet gown. The singer, who has suffered from yo-yo dieting in past appears more comfortable than ever in her own skin. In an interview last year she revealed: 'My happy weight changes. Sometimes I eat more; sometimes I play more. I'll be different sizes all the time.
'When people talk about my weight, I'm like, "You seem to have a problem with it; I don't."'Kelly wasn't the only familiar face to take to the stage on tonight's X Factor show and Bruno Mars performed his song It Will Rain, which is featured on the latest Twilight film.
While Kelly and Bruno had plenty to be thankful for, given the rousing applause at the end of the set, two acts were left with their dreams of stardom crushed. Lakota Rayne and LeRoy Bell were kicked off the show in the double elimination.
